Dr. Keith W. Fandry DPT, FAAOMPT is an Osteopractic Physical Therapist and the founder of several group private practices in Arizona. He graduated with a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Andrews University, Michigan and went on to complete a clinical residency at the Cleveland Clinic. Dr. Fandry earned the Diploma in Osteopractic through the American Academy of Manipulative Therapy. He has participated in the design and management of several randomized clinical trials that investigated the efficacy of spinal manipulation and/or dry needling for a variety of musculoskeletal disorders.
He holds Certifications in Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy (Cert. MDT) with the McKenzie Institute and Manual Therapy with the North American Institute of Orthopedic Manual Therapy. Upon graduating from the 12-month, APTA-accredited AAMT Fellowship in Orthopaedic Manual Physical Therapy, Dr. Fandry became a Fellow of the American Academy of Orthopedic Manual Therapy Physical Therapists (FAAOMPT).
Dr. Fandry has a particular interest in the management of cervicogenic headaches, whiplash associated disorder, and chronic low back pain. He remains active in instructing interns, residents and fellows-in-training. In addition, on a personal level, Dr. Fandry enjoys playing the guitar and riding motorcycles.
