Dr. Forbes is the owner and founder of Alpha Osteopractic, LLC, a cash-based clinic in Hampstead, NC. Alpha Osteopractic specializes in providing the highest quality care to diagnose and treat neuromusculoskeletal disorders. The business name embodies the core values of hard work, dependability, and a commitment to continuous learning, perpetual improvement, and empowering growth.

Dr. Forbes earned her undergraduate degree and Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Daemen College in Amherst, NY. Dr. Forbes is a Fellow of the American Academy of Orthopedic Manual Therapy (FAAOMPT) and was an outstanding graduate of the AAMT Fellowship in OMPT. She is also an Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS) through the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialists. In addition, Dr. Forbes holds the Diploma in Osteopractic, Certification in Dry Needling, and Certification in Spinal Manipulative Therapy through AAMT.

Dr, Forbes has extensive clinical experience using Blood Flow Restriction (BFR) therapy in the management of a wide variety of musculoskeletal conditions. Dr. Forbes has published on the physiologic mechanisms of BFR therapy. In her free time, Brittany enjoys going to the beach, paddle boarding, biking, playing soccer and volleyball with her husband and their two children.
