    Dr. Joshua Prall, DPT, EdD, OCS, Dip. Osteopractic, FAAOMPT is a graduate of the AAMT Fellowship in Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapy. Dr. Prall works as an Osteopractic Physical Therapist at Athletico Physical Therapy in Scranton, PA, with a primary focus on the use of spinal manipulation, extremity manipulation, and dry needling for a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions.

    Dr. Prall earned a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of Scranton and a Doctor of Education from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. He is an APTA-recognized Board-Certified Clinical Specialist in Orthopaedics and a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association. Dr. Prall has earned the Diploma in Osteopractic and FAAOMPT credentials through the American Academy of Manipulative Therapy. In addition, Dr. Prall is an Assistant Professor of Physical Therapy at Lebanon Valley College, teaching in the Orthopaedic and Musculoskeletal curriculums.

    Dr. Prall has published numerous peer-reviewed articles in scholarly journals on orthopaedic physical therapy topics. He also holds special interests in the management of cervicogenic headaches, TMJ Dysfunction, neck pain, and lumbar radiculopathy. Dr. Prall’s research interests primarily includes investigation of the efficacy and mechanisms surrounding the use of orthopaedic manual therapy and dry needling in chronic musculoskeletal conditions.
