Dr. Mike Nash, DPT, LMT, Dip Osteopractic is the Director for Stratton Rehabilitation – Alamo Ranch in San Antonio, Texas. Dr. Nash specializes in the treatment of a wide range of neuromusculoskeletal and myofascial conditions with special interest in chronic spinal pain.

Dr. Nash received a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from the University of Texas at San Antonio and a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio. He has been trained in a wide range of manual techniques and most notably holds the Diploma in Osteopractic, is Certified in Spinal Manipulative Therapy, and is Certified in Dry Needling through the American Academy of Manipulative Therapy.

Dr. Nash is also a Licensed Massage Therapist and has expertise in the delivery of soft-tissue mobilization techniques using both manual and instrument-assisted approaches.
