Dr. Rudolf KnippPT, OMT, Dip. Osteopractic, Cert. SMT

    Dr. Rudolf Knipp is an Osteopractic Physiotherapist working in private practice in Austria. He is Certified in Spinal Manipulative Therapy and holds the Diploma in Osteopractic through the American Academy of Manipulative Therapy. In 1997, Dr. Knipp graduated as a Physiotherapist and earned a Bachelor of Science from the University of Applied Science Innsbruck, Austria. In 2009, he completed a post-graduate Master of Science in Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy from the University of Krems, Austria. In addition, Dr. Knipp earned a Doctorate in Public Health in 2015. Dr. Knipp holds Specializations in Orthopaedic Manual and Manipulative Therapy and was awarded OMT status for Austria in 2009 following completion of IFOMPT standards.

    Dr. Knipp served as an Olympic Physiotherapist for “Olympiastützpunkt” Munich 1998-2000 for all “A and B Kader” athletes. He also served as the official Physiotherapist for the Austrian Handball National Team (2004 – 2010), providing musculoskeletal care for more than 80 international matches. Additionally, Dr. Knipp served as the Physiotherapist for the Austrian Bob Sledding National Women’s Team for the World Cup, European Cup, World Championships, and European Championships (2010-2011). Dr. Knipp has been working in private practice in Kössen/Tirol, Austria since 2002.
