Samantha Fallon, PT, FAAOMPT is an Osteopractic Physical Therapist in Rhode Island. Samantha founded Contrology Physical Therapy 15 years ago and brings over two decades of clinical experience to her patients. Samantha earned a Bachelor of Science in Human Biodynamics from the University of California at Berkeley (1993) and a Bachelor of Science (Honors) in Physical Therapy from Robert Gordon University in Aberdeen, Scotland (1999).
Samantha is a graduate of the AAMT Fellowship in Orthopaedic Manual Physical Therapy and a Fellow of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Manual Physical Therapy (FAAOMPT). Samantha is an adjunct faculty member at the University of Rhode Island DPT program. Notably, Samantha was an internationally ranked gymnast, a member of the Junior Olympic National team (1988 & 1989), and received a full athletic scholarship from the University of California at Berkeley. Samantha brings this intense training dedication to her clinical practice with a focus on providing the highest quality care within her community. In her free time, Samantha enjoys spending time with her 3 sons, working in the garden, and exercising.
